A New Way to Envision Success

FingerprintManSmallI read a leadership blurb by Jeff Haden in Inc. Magazine (8 Things Remarkably Successful People Do; November 2012) that really has stuck with me.  It was about things successful business people do or don’t do.  Here are three of my favorites: the first was: “They don’t create backup plans” because back up plans create an easy way out when times get tough.  Second, “They start at the end.”  That is – they decide where they want to end up and work backwards.  Lastly, they “avoid crowds” i.e. conventional wisdom creates conventional results.
